Author Biography

Stephen Hodgson, M.D., is a consultant in Mayo Clinic's Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, Metabolism, Nutrition and Internal Medicine and a professor of medicine at Mayo Medical School. Dr. Hodgson is a specialist in metabolic bone and mineral diseases and has been involved in patient care, clinical research and teaching for more than 30 years
