Lance Mortensen is an MCT, MCSE, and CNI who works as an independent consultant and instructor, teaching both Microsoft- and Novell-certified classes. He is the co-author of numerous Sybex MCSE Study Guides, including MCSE: Windows 98 and MCSE: SQL Server 7 Administration. William Heldman, MCSE, is a senior consultant for a network improvement consulting firm based in Golden, Colorado. His experience includes extensive work with NT, NetWare, computer telephony, and mainframe and PC programming.
