Excerpts

Throughout history, more than 150 successful medical uses of marijuana plants have been identified, effectively tested, publicly used, and reliably trusted. Conversely, drinking alcohol produces more than150 medical disorders and diseases to peoples' bodies, without providing even one (1) nutritional medical benefit. Democratic governments are intended to be for the people, by the people, and of the people. Laws prohibiting nonharmful public consumption of natural marijuana plants were not designed and approved by the majority of the people in the country. Instead, during the 1920s and 30s, small secretive self-serving groups of influential legislators, in Canada and the United States designed and approved new laws prohibiting nonharmful public uses of marijuana, while legally allowing and encouraging public consumption of alcohol, God's worst enemy. Vast volumes of alcohol taxation cash became easily collected by Canadian and U.S. federal governments, as they created two new legal words: marijuana and marihuana, previously known as cannabis or hemp. By imposing excessive, unprecedented, unjustified and harmful punishments against marijuana users, large amounts of easy-to-obtain alcohol sales taxation cash could continue topping up federal governments' coffers. Before this time, cannabis/hemp/marijuana production had prosperously developed into being the largest agricultural industry in Canada, the United States, Russia, China, India and Europe. Governments of Canada and the United States legally encouraged its inhabitants to diligently grow natural marijuana plants. George Washington encouraged people to make the most of hemp (marihuana) seeds and to plant them everywhere. Samuel de Champlain brought marijuana seeds from Europe, to be planted in Canada. President Thomas Jefferson wrote and acted on behalf of cultivating hemp (marihuana) many times. He officially stated, Hemp is of the first necessity to the wealth and protection of the country. Benjamin Franklin started one of America's first paper mills with cannabis (marihuana) plants. Betsy Ross produced the first official U.S. flag, purposely made using natural hemp (marihuana) fibers. Also, in the United States, the original Declaration of Independence, in 1776 was also purposely written on marihuana-plant-made paper. Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth I also encouraged using hemp (marijuana) plant goods. Queen Elizabeth I even penalized farmers for not growing marijuana plants. Dr. John Brown, an English obstetrician during the 1800s humanely concluded, There is no medicine which has given such good results. Marijuana (hemp) has never caused death or lung cancer to any person, throughout history. Not one authentic case is on record in which cannabis (marijuana) or any of its preparations destroyed life. Marijuana (cannabis) does not seem capable of causing death, by chemical or physiological action. Drinking alcohol, meantime has truthfully produced millions of disgusting deaths. Regarding public prohibition of healthy food items, President Abraham Lincoln explains, Prohibition ... goes beyond the bounds of reason, in that it attempts to control a man's appetite by legislation, and makes a crime out of things that are not crimes. ... A prohibition law strikes a blow at the very principles upon which our government was founded.. Public laws against helpful marijuana applications, including medical uses of marijuana are crimes against humanity. Sudden prohibition of marijuana (hemp) plants decimated North America's largest agricultural industry by throughing millions of people out of work, causing the New York Stock Market 'crash' in 1929, in addition to poverty, depression and world war. Truthfully, marihuana is not a narcotic, because it does not have any of the harmful characteristics of true narcotics, such as alcohol, morphine and heroin. 1. Marijuana use does not produce headaches, as do true narcotics. Controlled studies have shown marijuana ingestion successfully relieves headaches, even migraines. 2. Marijuana use does not produce loss of appetite, as do true narcotics. In fact, marijuana has restored many appetites. 3. Marijuana use does not inactivate internal bodily functions, as do true narcotics. 4. Marijuana use does not cause people to stagger or fall, as do true narcotics. 5. Marijuana use does not produce nausea, as do true narcotics, such as alcohol and morphine. 6. Marijuana use does not harm internal body organs, including livers, lungs, and hearts, as do true narcotics. 7. Marijuana use does not produce tolerance, as do true narcotics. That is, more of the product is not needed each time to produce the desired result. 8. Marijuana use does not produce constipation, as do true narcotics. 9. Marijuana use has no painful withdrawal symptoms, as do true and harmful narcotics. 10. Marijuana use has not produced even one death throughout history, whereas true narcotics have produced millions of substantiated deaths. U.S. government research (1966 to 1976) had indicated or confirmed through hundreds of studies that 'natural' crude cannabis (marihuana) was the best and safest medicine of choice for many severe health problems. A Drug Enforcement Administration Judge, Francis L. Young called marihuana, one of the safest therapeutically active substances known to man. In the U.S., the mortality figures for drinking alcohol are 100,000 annually, compared with zero (0) marihuana deaths in 10,000 years of consumption. One of the most remarkable qualities of marihuana (cannabis) is its safety as a medicine. With a lethal to effective dose ratio estimated at 40,000 to one, marihuana is far safer than Aspirin and many other legal medicines, which commonly have a lethal dose only ten times greater than their effective one. Hence, marihuana is truthfully thousands of times safer than medicines known to be lethal at only ten times their recommended dosage. Seeds from marihuana plants are the single most nutritional food source for human consumption, in the world. Consuming marihuana seeds is biologically healthier than eating seeds from sunflower, sesame, flax, safflower and other common seeds. Furthermore, eating marijuana seeds has the capacity to cure neurological impairments due to a stroke and the problems of excessive sweating which it brings on. Protein from marihuana seeds even allows a body with nutrition-blocking tuberculosis and almost any other nutrition-blocking ailment to get maximum nutrition. Also, marihuana food products taste great and can ensure we obtain enough essential amino acids and fatty acids for building strong bodies and immune systems.. In 1863, Abraham Lincoln explained, fourscore and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent a new nation conceived in liberty ... that this nation under God shall have a new birth of freedom - and government of the people, by the people, for the people shall not perish from the earth. Almost any product that can be made fromwood, cotton or petroleum (including plastics) can be made from marijuana plants (hemp). There are more than 25,000 known uses for marihuana plants (hemp). Plastic plumbing pipes (PVC) can be manufactured using renewable marihuana plants' cellulose as the chemical feed stocks, replacing non-renewable coal or petroleum feed stocks. Insulation and machine components can also be manufactured from marihuana plant products. Growing marihuana is also good for removing weeds from soil, making the soil more suitable for cultivating other crops. This typifies the many versatile values of natural marijuana plants. Until the early 1900s, marihuana was planted as ground cover to prevent mudslides and erosion from excessive waters and winds. Areas like 'tornado Alley' and the Red River Valley could benefit from more natural ground cover.
