Author Biography

Susan B. Williams, PhD is a business consultant and trainer. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She is a founding member of Christ Church Deal in Kent. Peter R. Holmes, PhD is co-founder of Christ Church Deal in Kent. He is a member of the Association of Therapeutic Communities and a management trainer.
