Lydia Cacho (México, 1963) es periodista especializada en derechos humanos. Ganadora de más de 50 premios internacionales, entre ellos el UNESCO Guillermo Cano a la valentía en el periodismo. Es Embajadora Corazón Azul para la ONU por su trabajo contra la trata de personas. Ha publicado doce libros traducidos a 20 idiomas, como Los demonios del Edén y Esclavas del poder.
