Author Biography

Linda Ojeda, Ph.D., a pioneer in natural approaches to women's health issues, has been speaking and writing about women's health for nearly 30 years. Many ideas and approaches considered controversial when she introduced them are now commonplace, and her nutritional guidelines have helped thousands of women make sensible decisions about menstruation, menopause, dieting and heart health.
