Author Biography

E. L. Vinson Bowers grew up in Whiteville, North Carolina, and graduated from North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina's Young Executive Program. He has enjoyed a fulfilling career in construction sales. Bowers is an outdoorsman, golfer, and lives in New Bern, North Carolina. This is his third book.
