Karen Kaufman Orloff is the author of nine books for children, including the popular I Wanna series, illustrated by David Catrow (Putnam); Talk, Oscar, Please!, illustrated by Tim Bowers; and If Mom Had Three Arms, illustrated by Pete Whitehead (both Sterling).
