Author Biography

Professor Ali M. Al-Khouri is internationally regarded as one of the world’s most influential ‘think-and-do’ tanks in the arenas of organizational and people development. With over 25 years of experience, Professor Al-Khouri had led large organizations (1000+ employees) and turned them from “struggling” to “top performing.” He personally attributes his success to his ability to influence mindsets to learn and grow. He is a strong advocate that “mindsets need to be trained in order to evolve and become sustainably productive.”Besides being as a senior official in the government of the United Arab Emirates, he is an active member in several advisory boards in academic institutions and international organizations. He served as an advisor to European Commission, United Nations, and World Economic Forum, and the League for Arab States to deliver pertinent insights and collaboratively develop solutions to address major global challenges. He has developed tens of different intellectual methodologies and frameworks, and has over 100 publications from books and journal articles in multidisciplinary fields.Al-Khouri is a professor and fellow of the British Institute for Technology and E-commerce in London. He attained his higher education from the top UK universities, where he received his B.Sc. (Hons.) from Manchester University, M.Sc. from Lancaster University, and an Engineering Doctorate (EngD) from Warwick University.
