Author Biography

Winner of ITV1's Lorraine's Cake Club Competition in 2012, Suzy Pelta is a home cook turned pro baker. She has her own bespoke set of baking kits (Baking with Suzy) that are sold all over the world and regularly works as  demonstration chef at major international food shows, including BBC GoodFood and The Cake & Bake Show. She hosts a number of videos on Waitrose TV and has been the official blogger for Marie Curie's Blooming Great Tea Party Campaign for three years. Suzy puts a fun and somewhat indulgent spin on baking and enjoys creating recipes that are just that little bit different. Baking with her children is really important to her, and all of her recipes can be easily created by the whole family. She lives in North London with her husband and three children, and this is her first book.Â
