Summary

Eva entered adulthood in a world increasingly dangerous for people of her faith and background. Faced with being "transported" or perhaps shot by the Nazis just because they were Jews, Eva and her husband disappeared into the underground in 1942. For the remainder of World War Two they continued to work and live in the Berlin area without being apprehended by the dreaded Gestapo. This is a story of couragious and ingenious people surviving where few others were able to. A historically acurate and true account.
