Author Biography

Michael J. Scott is a Consultant Psychologist, specializing in the assessment and treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder. Dr Scott is the author of five textbooks including Counselling for post-traumatic Stress Disorder now in its third edition. He divides his time between treating clients, research, medico-legal work, writing and External Examiner duties for the MSc in Cognitive and Behavioural Phychotherapies at the University of Chester.
