Author Biography

Louise Diamond, Ph.D. brings twenty years of experience in the field of human behavior to her work with global, macro-systems issues of peace, governance, and conflict resolution. She is the executive director and co-founder of the Institute for Multi-Track Diplomacy. Ambassdor John McDonald retired from the Foreign Service in 1987, after 40 years as a diplomat with service in Western Europe and the Middle East. He is chairman and co-founder of the Institute for Multi-Track Diplomacy in Washington, D.C.
