Avital Fast, MD, is a Professor and Chairman of the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Montefiore Medical Center and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine Dorith Goldsher, MD, is a Senior Lecturer in Medical Imaging at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, and the Director of the MRI Institute and Neuroradiology at the Rambam Health Care Campus, Haifa, Israel
