Diane Darling is founder and president of Effective Networking, Inc., a Boston-based company that teaches professional networking techniques. She has appeared on "NBC Nightly News," in The Wall Street Journal, San Francisco Chronicle, and The Boston Globe. She is also a columnist for the Boston Business Journal. She has recently taught in the MBA program at Boston University.
