Author Biography

Chögyam Trungpa was a Buddhist meditation master, scholar, teacher, and poet. He founded Vajradhatu and Naropa University and established the Shambhala Training method. Daniel Goleman is an internationally-known psychologist and the author of several books including Social Intelligence: The New Science of Human Relationships and Emotional Intelligence, which has been translated into more than 30 languages.
