Glenn T. Clark, DDS, MS is Director of the Orofacial Pain and Oral Medicine Center at the University of Southern California Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry.

Raymond A. Dionne, DDS, PhD is Scientific Director of the Division of Intramural Research at the National Institute of Nursing Research in Washington, DC.
