Author Biography

<b>James Hale</b> and <b>Joanne Milner</b> met while they were both working for a city magazine in Ottawa. In the 24 years since then, James has pursued a career as a freelance travel writer, jazz critic and communications agency executive. He is the author of <i>Branching Out: The History of the Royal Canadian Legion</i>. Joanne is a freelance researcher. They live in a rural part of Ottawa. <i>Ottawa With Kids</i> is their first joint book.
