Author Biography

Tim Williams and Ann Kemp have Master's Degrees from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Tim Williams is an Associate Professor at Athens State University in Athens, Alabama. Ann Kemp is retired and divides her time between Madisonville, Kentucky, and Athens, Alabama.
