Lindy is well known in Europe from appearances in the celebrity kitchen at House & Garden fairs. She has her own cooking school and works with famous chef Franco Taruschio, from the award-winning British Walnut Tree restaurant, staging popular hands-on Italian lunch party cooking days Nicky Dowey trained as a graphic designer before turning to photography
