Lindy Wildsmith speaks fluent Italian, thanks to years spent studying and working there. Her style of food brings together the best of Italian regional cooking. Lindy is well known in Europe from appearances in the celebrity kitchen at House & Garden fairs. She has her own cooking school and works with famous chef Franco Taruschio, from the award-winning British Walnut Tree restaurant, staging popular hands-on Italian lunch party cooking days Nicky Dowey trained as a graphic designer before turning to photography
