Author Biography


Burak Ak?apar is a Turkish diplomat, author, and scholar. As a career diplomat, Ambassador Ak?apar has served as the Ambassador Plenipotentiary and Extraordinary of the Republic of Turkey to India, Nepal, and Maldives.
