Summary

ENGLISH DESCRIPTION

Every happy family hides a monstruous secret.

Lara Ortiz has been living in Seville for fourteen years without hearing any news from her family. Her sister’s sudden phone call turns her world upside down, forcing her back to the place she has been running from her entire life, Chiclana de la Frontera. Upon her return, she resumes contact with those people that shaped her infancy, unearthing memories of the event that precipitated her departure—the disappearing of a little girl in strange circumstances.

Alerted by the suspicious behaviors of those around her, Lara will investigate the case by herself. What she can’t imagine is that the truth is always sharper, concealing a darker motive that will render her speechless.
