Norbert Mller is vegetation ecologist and Professor of Landscape Mangement and Restoration Ecology at the University of Applied Sciences Effort, Germany. Within his main research fields urban biodiversity and conservation biology he studied the flora and vegetation of several large cities in Asia, Europe, North America and South Africa.
