David J Nutt, MB BChir MA, MD, FRCP, FRCPsych, FMedSci is Professor of Neuropsychopharmacology and Molecular Imaging, Imperial College London, UK. Currently president of the European College of Neuropsychopharmacology and a past president of the British Association of Psychopharmacology, his previous publications include Treating Depression Effectively, second edition (Informa Healthcare 2008), Calming the Brain (Informa Healthcare 2003), Generalized Anxiety Disorders (Informa Healthcare 2002), Mood and Anxiety Disorders in Children and Adolescents (Informa Healthcare 2001), Essentials in Clinical Psychiatric Pharmacology (Informa Healthcare 2001), Atlas of Psychiatric Pharmacotherapy (Informa Healthcare 2000), and Panic Disorder (Informa Healthcare 1998). Murray B Stein, MD, FRCPC, MPH is Professor of Psychiatry and Family Preventive Medicine at the University of California San Diego, La Jolla, California, USA, and Director of the Injury and Traumatic Stress (INTRuST) Clinical Consortium. He is co-author of Triumph Over Shyness: Conquering Shyness and Social Anxiety (Anxiety Disorders Association of America, 2009) and co-editor of the Oxford Handbook of Anxiety (Oxford University Press, 2009). Joseph Zohar, MD, is Professor of Psychiatry at Chaim Sheba Medical Center, Tel Hashomer, and Sackler Medical School, Tel Aviv University, Israel.
