Dr. Basia Spalek is Reader in Communities & Justice within the Institute of Applied Social Studies at the University of Birmingham, UK.
Dr. Mary O'Rawe is a barrister and Senior Law Lecturer at the University of Ulster, Northern Ireland, UK.
