Author Biography

Dr Azhdar Karami is Senior Lecturer in Strategy and Management at the Bangor Business School, Bangor University, UK. Azhdar's research interests include strategy innovation and entrepreneurship. He has published several books and journal articles in a number of leading international academic journals in the fields of strategy and small business management.

Mina Tajvidi is a research assistant at the Bangor University, Bangor Business School, UK. Her research and teaching interests are in the areas of strategic management, entrepreneurship and innovation in SMEs, and her doctoral research is focused on strategic management in small and medium enterprises. Mina has published and presented several papers in international conferences.
