Spear Professor of Real Estate Development in the Department of Urban Planning and Design at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design (GSD). NICK EGELANIAN is president of SiteWorks, and an adjunct professor in the Colvin Real Estate Development program within the University of Maryland’ s School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation in College Park. DR. SOFIA DERMISI is the Lyon and Wolff Endowed Professor of Real Estate in the Runstad Department of Real Estate, professor of Urban Design and Planning, and director of graduate real estate programs at the University of Washington’ s College of Built Environments (UW-CBE). DAVID HAMILTON is a principal at Geobarns and a visiting professor at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
