Craig J. Letavec, MSPM, PMP specializes in program management and program office development. He was a contributor to the Project Management Institute's Standard for Program Management and serves as Vice-Chair of the global Project Management Institute Program Management Office Specific Interest Group. This veteran has led large program efforts in a diverse range of large, global companies in a variety of industries. He is an active speaker, instructor and consultant on a range of topics, including program management, implementing effective change management, and establishing, managing, and building the value of the program management office (PMO) in organizations. Craig earned his Master of Science in Project Management from George Washington University. He is the author of the best-selling book, The Program Management Office: Establishing, Managing, and Growing the Value of a PMO. Steven C. Rollins, PMP, PMOC is the Chief Project Strategist for ALLPMO Network Inc., a leading firm that provides global consulting services and solutions for businesses in developing and implementing organizational governance processes that lead to bottom-line improvement. Mr. Rollins is a global subject matter expert in enterprise project management and a distinguished pioneer in the development of advanced processes and knowledge in program management and various other areas such as portfolio management, governance and PMO management.
