Hanri Mostert is a Professor in the Department of Private Law at the University of Cape Town, where she teaches the law of property and comparative land law. She is also the UCT Law Faculty's Director of Research, and she manages the Centre for Legal and Applied Research (CLEAR) at the University of Cape Town.
Anne Pope is a senior lecturer in the Department of Private Law at the University of Cape Town, Where she teaches the law of property and several specilised courses in related fields.
