Author Biography

Bïa Krieger is a singer and recording artist. She has four albums, including Coeur Vagabond, which received a Felix Award, and Nocturno, which was nominated for a Felix Award. Caroline Hamel is an illustrator of several books, including Mom was Lost, which received the 2007 Quebec/Wallonie-Bruxelles Award for youth literature. She is a five-time recipient of Lux Award and her illustrations have appeared in numerous newspapers and magazines. They both live in Montreal, Quebec.
