Author Biography

Michael T. Davis was an undergraduare and postgraduate student whose research was supervised at the University of Queensland by Malcolm 1. Thomis. Since completing his PhD in 1995 he has been an Australian Research Council Postdoctoral Fellow in History at the University of Queensland.
