Summary

When Rayne moves to Florida to live with relatives at a Wildlife Park she makes new friendships, and even develops what can only be described as a serious-yet-awkward crush on a boy named Maverick.

Author Biography

Hello to my fellow Wildlife Warriors and Environmental lovers! My name is Elizabeth Yerian and I have 30 years of experience working in the wildlife world. I am educated in wildlife education, zoo keeping, animal care husbandry, and wildlife rehabilitation. I currently work as a naturalist for the Marjory Stoneman Douglas Biscayne Nature Center in Key Biscayne. I take students of all ages out to the Atlantic Ocean to discover marine life such as small fish, mollusks, crustaceans, sea turtles, sea horses and sea stars. Your love and devotion to all things wildlife and the environment inspire me, so I wrote this for you. Everyone can make a difference on this planet, especially YOU.
