How do you take advantage of the market? We are in the biggest real estate down turn in history! We'll let me tell you if you want to buy a home or invest in a home no matter what your credit rating is here is how you will do it! I have 4 solutions to find your a home and you can also use these same techniques to sell your home! All these techniques will be described in detail in the next few chapters to help execute the purchase or sale of a home for you! First Option is owner finance, Second option is Lease with the option to buy, third option is contract for deed and the last option is taking over someone's mortgage that can not afford it anymore and just wants to walk away and avoid foreclosure!
