Summary

Instituting many of the concepts brought forth in No Time to Play, Recess is Over provides those working in the field with a "blueprint" to best serve youthful offenders in adult correctional systems. This follow-up doesn't focus on whether youthful offenders should serve time in adult systems, but rather how to best manage and care for these youths once in the facility. It is an excellent implementation guide to help administrators and staff handle youths and make a difference in their lives. By doing so, managers will gain a safer and more humane facility.
