AMERICA! One seemingly simple name, one seemingly simple word, yet how profound it has been in shaping the history of mankind yesterday, today and hopefully for centuries to come. For just a little over two-hundred years we have been the hope of the world in the constant fight and human longing for that one simple, basic, inalienable right- freedom. the road bringing us to where we are today has not been an easy one nor will it ever be. From the beginning, countless lives have been lost and countless, selfless sacrifices made. the road has been paved by both men and women, by people of all colors and creeds. the road has been paved by people who could see beyond themselves and look at a bigger picture. They knew what America meant to them, and could see what it would mean to us and the world in the future. They saw and knew the promise of America. Today, every day, those same selfless sacrifices continue. They continue still by both men and women, by people of all colors and creeds. the sacrifices continue to be made by those who can see beyond themselves and look to secure America for tomorrow, just as our forefathers did for us. With the ever-growing anti-American, anti-God, anti-everything we stand for sentiment around the world, now more than ever, it is paramount that we, as a nation, stand together as Americans.
