Ademola Oyejide is Professor of Economics and Director of the Trade Policy Research and Training Program at University of Ibadan, Nigeria.

Ibrahim Elbadawi is Research Coordinator at the African Economic Research Consortium in Nairobi, Kenya.

Stephen Yeo is Deputy Director of Economic Policy Research (CEPR) in London.
