Connie Coutellier is a trainer, consultant, and author. She is a national field executive for Camp Fire USA and was the national president and director of professional development for the American Camp Association. She's written several books on camp counseling and has over 15 years of experience as a camp director and over 25 years of experience in youth development and outdoor program administration training and development. Connie has served as a consultant for both the development of the Basic Camp Management book and the curriculum for the ACA camp director courses.
