Miranda Thew is a senior Lecturer in Occupational Science and Occupational therapy at Leeds Metropolitan University, UK. Mary Edwards is Associate Clinical Professor at the School of Rehabilitation Science at McMaster University, Ontario, Canada. Susan Baptiste is Professor at the School of Rehabilitation Science, McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Matthew Molineux is Associate Professor at the School of Occupational Therapy and Social Work at Curtin University, Perth, Australia.
