Author Biography

Clarissa Shepherd has been a certified Pilates instructor since 2016. She is certified with Club Pilates & Peak Pilates. She is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher as well as a Master Trainer for Barre Above with Pilates Focus. She first started teaching Pilates to children in 2017 when she was an assistant coach to a youth football team in Germany. She has two daughters, Sage & Samara. This book is based on the relationship she has with her oldest daughter, Sage, who loves to do Pilates with her mom.
