What is included with this book?
Dan Atkinson is from Winnipeg, Manitoba. Inspired by the satisfaction that he felt when people enjoyed food that he prepared, Dan moved to British Columbia to attend the Pacific Vocational Institute of Cooking.
He started at the Salmon House on the Hill as a sous chef in 1991. Less then two years later, he became head chef. With Dan in the kitchen, the Salmon House has won many accolades, including the 1999 Award for Most Memorable Meal from Where Vancouver magazine and the Critic's Choice Award for Best Seafood from Vancouver Magazine.
When he's not preparing one of his signature seafood dishes, Dan enjoys golfing, camping, and playing chess. He is also a coin and stamp collector. Dan lives in Vancouver with his daughter Jenna.
