Author Biography

V. Krishnappa is a research fellow at the Institute for Defense Studies and Analysis (IDSA). He is a member of editorial committee for the Journal of Defense Studies and the book review editor for the Strategic Analysis. Priyanka Singh is a research assistant at the IDSA.
