Jill Haglund, owner, operator, and Executive Director of TweetyJill Publications, thinks of herself as an artist first and a publisher second. She always affords time to dabble at craft projects here and there, even with a busy production schedule.TweetyJill sprouted its wings in 1996 with its first book, The Complete Guide to Scrapbooking. This how-to book caused overnight success for the company as one of the first instructional guides in the scrapbooking community, and sold over 150,000 copies.
