Summary

After moving to Cambridge,Molly Kimball is enjoying her new life: she's co-owner of the family bookstore, lives surrounded by books and cats, and to see Kieran, her boyfriend, she just has to look next door. The author meet-and-greets she hosts at the bookstore are a huge success, even though the first one ended in a fatal crime… The next guest is Iona York, author of the children's classic "The Strawberry Girls." When Molly visits her idyllic storybook home, the last thing she expects to find is a dead man in the garden. To top it all off, Poppy, the author's eldest daughter, is nowhere to be seen. Molly is clear that The Strawberry Girls is much more than a children's story and won't hesitate to immerse herself in its story until she finds answers to the crimes of the present and the past.
