Author Biography

Jane Yolen is the award-winning author of nearly three hundred children's books, including Owl Moon, a Caldecott Medal winner. She lives in western Massachusetts and Scotland and has been called the Hans Christian Andersen of America. Christine Joy Pratt is the illustration of this is America, Pua's Paniolo Parade, and Plantation Child and Other Stories. She lives in Hawai'i.
