The journey of self-discovery is a necessary process that we don't give ourselves the time to explore because we are seeking unrealistic love in others due to our childhood trauma. I didn't know who I was, nor did I recognize my value, so God had to break me gracefully for me to see that my life was bigger than me. The search of freedom is not an easy journey. If it were easy, we would never choose growth. We will fall, we will hurt, we will scar, but we have to go through the metamorphosis of change to be able to see the light in the midst of the darkness.

In this book, I share my life story, the many falls, but most importantly the conscious choices I made to rise and dust myself off.

Is a Certified Professional Life Coach. She has an undeniable skill of understanding humans deepest wounds. She has 8 years of professional and personal experience that have given her the insight on what it takes to help heal traumatized individuals.
Paulette's life coaching specializes in embracing singleness, faith, and healing. She works with the underserved, vulnerable population to provide resources, guidance and skills that can lead them to a more rewarding life.

Serving others through healing is Paulette's calling. Paulette lives in York, Pennsylvania!
