Author Biography

Victor Prisk, M.D., is a board certified orthopedic surgeon, national champion bodybuilder, professor, All-American gymnast, and professional swing dancer. He is a popular fitness expert in print, digital, and broadcast media including FitFluential, Muscle and Fitness, Flex and WellBella. As a member of the General Nutrition Centers (GNC) Medical Advisory board he has contributed to product development, instructional videos, blogs, and print media for the past three years. Prior to GNC, he served as a physician and athlete spokesman for one of the largest supplement companies in the world, Muscletech, of Iovate Health Sciences. Prisk lives in Philadelphia.
