Ingraham is Professor of Public Administration and Political Science at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. She is also Director of the Alan K. Campbell Public Affairs Institute Lawrence R. Jones is Wagner Professor of Public Management, Department of Systems Management, Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, California Jocelyn M. Johnston is Assistant Professor of Public Administration at the University of Kansas Anne M. Khademian is an independent author and researcher living in Michigan. She was an associate professor of political science and public policy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a visiting associate professor of political science and public policy at the University of Michigan Gordon Kingsley is an Assistant Professor in the School of Public Policy at the Georgia Institute of Technology Amy E.
