Michael Cosser is a chief research specialist in the Human Resources Development Research Programme at the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC). Jacques du Toit is a chief researcher and coordinator of the Urban Renewal and Development Unit within the Surveys, Analyses, Modelling, and Mapping Research Programme of the HSRC. Mariette Visser is a research technologist with the Human Sciences Research Council.
