Then, she was never supposed to end up making friends with the rest of the crew of the Cado, the space-yacht with a history of bad luck endings for its past occupants. She wasn't supposed to land on a dirt hole of a space-port, get kidnapped, fall into a hole, learn to use a gun, fight the bad guys, figure out everything she'd ever known was a lie, become a leader and then get betrayed in the end. Oh yeah, and all this while trying to keep her shameful past a secret from her new-found friends.None of that was supposed to happen, but it did and now Len has to learn that above all else she must always remember that she's only human.
