Author Biography

Sheryl A. Ross, M.D.—known as “Dr. Sherry” by her patients—is an award-winning OB/GYN, author, entrepreneur, and women’s health expert. In her nearly thirty years of practice, Dr. Sherry has received numerous ongoing awards and honors including the Patient’s Choice Award for Compassionate Doctor Recognition and Southern California Super Doctor. Castle Connolly named her as a Top Doctor and Exceptional Woman in Obstetrics & Gynecology.

Dr. Sherry recently received the  Angel Award for being a physician outstanding in her field who has made a significant contribution as a role model to women everywhere.

Dr. Sherry is the founder of She-ology: a first-of-its-kind women’s wellness brand to create female-focused supplements to support hormonal changes experienced by women. Dr. Sherry is also the co-founder of the Heartlanta Bra—uniquely designed for women’s bodies during stress echocardiogram tests. She is also a spokesperson ambassador for the American Heart Association and GoRed supporting women and heart disease.

Dr. Sherry was a medical consultant for the books, Expecting Fitness and Two at a Time.
